Digital Products — Refund Policy

All products sold on this store are digital goods delivered electronically.

No right of withdrawal after access In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing your purchase, you confirm this consent.

When we do offer refunds We will issue a full refund if:

• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The product delivered is materially different from what was described
• Delivery failed and we are unable to resend the file
